About Krystal Carlson

Krystal Carlson is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides medication management and therapeutic services to adult clients. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rivier University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Wilkes University. Krystal brings more than 10 years of experience working in adult psychiatric home health care within the community. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Krystal’s approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered. She works closely with each individual to develop treatment plans that support stability, symptom management, and overall well-being. Krystal provides medication management services for adults ages 18 and older and is committed to helping individuals achieve improved mental health and quality of life.
